Come meet the main sights of Rio with me!
Let's get to know Christ the Redeemer, the most visited attraction in the whole country, not only from Rio, a 38-meter statue made of concrete and soapstone, which sits atop Corcovado Mountain, and is 710 meters from sea level. !
Afterwards, we will visit the Selaron Staircase, with its 215 steps beautifully decorated by the Chilean artist, Jorge Selaron. Then we will visit the São Sebastião Metropolitan Cathedral of Rio de Janeiro, with its beautiful stained glass windows, and finally, the Sugar Loaf Mountain, where we will take the cable car to see the most beautiful look of the city !!

Amazing views - very patient travel guide

We had a beautiful day in Rio, thanks to Pati, our tour guide. We had 23 people in our family, with ages 7 to 90. So you can imagine, we had many challenges and distractions. Each person in our group was able to visit all of the locations on this tour. Pati made sure we were all taken care of and there were no delays. She whisked us through lines, bought tickets in no time at all, got the folks who needed more time to board the train, and gondola comfortably and safely. She was patient with our request for finding us vegetarian lunch, made phone calls to restaurants and finally found us a nice place with lots of choices for everyone. Everyone got sufficient time to look around, wander around at little cafes and buy trinkets and touristy- things for their friends and family. All in all, our trip was fantastic. The views were amazing. The trip covers all the important places in Rio leaving you ample of time to enjoy the beaches the rest of your days in Rio. I recommend that people take this tour on the first day they are in Rio. You get a understanding of the city through this tour.
Single woman travelling- best choice ever

Being a woman and travelling to Rio on my own AND only having 2,5 days time, I wanted to make sure I am both safe and most efficient with the time I had.
And what can I say- I could not have made a better choice than booking a private guide- and Patricia surely did not disappoint!
She was my very charming, knowledgeable guide in and around Rio, and together with our driver, I managed to relax and just enjoy.
Patricia is flexible enough to plan around your individual needs, has a great whit and a fantastic command of English.
We managed to see all major sites, and could also sneak in a stop at a local hippie market which I really enjoyed.
