Reviews
We had originally planned to see Christ and go up Sugarloaf mountain. But Christ was shrouded in fog/clouds that day, so Gabrielle warned us that we may not see much from Sugarloaf either and didn't want us wasting our money on those tickets. We agreed and she quickly had alternate suggestions for other things for us to do. We ended up visiting the famous Salerno Steps and souvenir shopping. Her flexibility really enabled us to save money and time and still have a fabulous day!
Many thanks to WTKR and Gabrielle for helping us create some wonderful memories of our time in Rio!
Then we had a great dinner at a local beach front restaurant.
We had soooo much fun with Carla that we booked the next day with her to tour Christ the Redeemer and Ipanema beach and Santa Theresa neighborhood with bars and music and the Steps.
All of the day was so perfect thanks to the beautiful Rio and the great explanations and recommendations provided by Carla.Our drivers were Marcelo and Junior who were also both helpful and clearly working hard to create a memorable experience!
We highly recommend this experience.
