Phenomenal accommodating guide with extensive knowledge of the area and its beginnings. Tour was engaging and relevant. Rapheal was witty and comical throughout which made the entire experience fun and memorable.

The walking tour was amazing. It was our first day in Rio, and it was a perfect introduction to the city, we learnt so much! We also felt that having this on our first day really inspired us and gave us more confidence to explore as much of the city as we could during the time we had. I visited Rio alone so signed onto a walking tour and it was awesome! Rafael was super knowledgeable and the whole thing felt really personalised. He walked me around areas I’d previously visited alone but he shed a new light on them and explained the history.
I’ve done lots of walking tours so lots of cities but this one was definitely a favourite.
