HIGH RECOMMENDATION! Everything went so well, we saw amazing views, Alessandra took stunning photos of us, she knew beautiful places to stop by and recommended and took us to have lunch at one of the most beautiful places we have ever been at!

How many people would say that the best day of their vacation started by waking up at 5 am? The truth is, any day you spend with Alli will be the best day of your vacation... and we managed to squeeze in two days during our week in Rio. In order to avoid the crowds, Alli encouraged us to meet at 6:30. And it was the right decision. In addition to being an awesome guide, Alli is a warm and thoughtful person. She was easily able to customize our trip to maximize our enjoyment; and she knew exactly how to take all the best jaw-dropping photos! (We only posted one of dozens of shots she air-dropped to us at the end of our time together). She speaks English almost as well as we did, and even took time to teach us some Portuguese phrases. Make sure you choose HikeInRio for your outdoor adventures!

I spent 2 days with Alessandra hiking in Tijuca National Forest and Pedra do Telegrafo. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about nature & the environment. Additionally, I felt like I was with a friend when we were together. Alessandra communicates really well and we talked about everything! She even gave me tips on restaurants, shops, and places to go during my time in Rio. Since I was the only person with her both days, she was able to customize both hikes a little. If you are looking for amazing photos, Alessandra has that covered! She took the best photos of me at Telegrafo Rock. Do yourself a favor and begin your time in Rio with her because I guarantee you will want to do every experience she provides!!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic hike with Alessandra. You can clearly see that she's passionate about it and very knowledgeable about Rio. Communication was fast and easy and Alessandra gave us a lot of info along the way. It's not that easy to meet up at 6.30am but you'll definitely forget it once you have the whole place for yourself at the top. The hike itself is not too long but it is a bit steep so get your knees ready. Alê also shared some tips on the best beaches in Barra da Tijuca. The experience was definitely worth it!

Honestly this was such an amazing experience. Well worth the value! Alessandra was such a wonderful guide and had amazing energy. She took the time to share some knowledge about the geography as well as other pieces of information about Brazil and the culture. The view of all the beautiful nature was a sight to behold. This is an experience that I recommend everyone should do if they are in Rio oh and not to mention the photo opportunities are epic!!! 5/5 would recommend this to all my friends and family in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for being apart of my amazing memories in Rio!
