Some things you should know:
Tour is very wind-dependent, so don’t plan a tight schedule around your flight
“Larger” guests will not be able to hang glide, but may have to parasail/paraglide instead (still not sure what the max weight/height is though)
Extra steps are required for minors, including passport recordkeeping (via WhatsApp) and sign-off from guardian on-site (though the additional cost was included/removed in the overall package price)
No guidance was given on basic prep - be sure to use insect repellent (launch site is in the Tijuca Forest), wear comfortable clothes, and recommend close-toed shoes (you do have to run to take off)
10% additional charge for credit cards (hotel confirmed this might include 5% for an informal tourist tax)
